Project Spotlight: Mason Forest
When the homeowners bought this mid-century house in 2023, the interior had been partly updated. The exterior told a different story: seven dead trees, patchy grass, deteriorating retaining walls, and a former pool turned mud pit that kept the yard wet. Drainage came first, then grade, then the planting that makes the front read as part of the house.
